Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Spamroot. They govern your use of our website and application. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

In plain language
These terms describe what Spamroot does, what it does not promise, and the rules for using it. In short: we work hard to reduce where you are exposed across B2B databases, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, removal from every database, or permanent results. You authorize us to act on your behalf, billing is straightforward, and we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Spamroot, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using Spamroot on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
What the service is
Spamroot helps you find where your work contact details are exposed across third-party B2B databases, submits removal requests on your behalf, and monitors for reappearance over time.
We provide the labor, the coverage, and a single place to see your exposure status. We do this with care and ongoing effort, and we keep you informed at each step.
What the service is not, and no guarantee of outcomes
We want to be honest about the limits of what any removal service can do, including ours. The third-party databases are independent of us, and their processes and timelines are theirs, not ours.
- We do not guarantee removal from any specific database, or from every database that exists.
- We do not guarantee that you will stop receiving cold email or cold calls entirely.
- We do not promise permanent results. Records can reappear after a database refresh, which is why we offer monitoring.
- We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Spamroot only for lawful purposes and only in connection with contact details you are entitled to act on.
- Do not request removal of contact details that are not yours and that you are not authorized to manage.
- Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not use the service in violation of applicable laws or the rights of others.
Billing and the 30-day money-back guarantee
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan and number of seats you select. Prices and what each plan includes are shown at the time of purchase.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a new subscription, contact us and we will refund your most recent payment for that subscription. The guarantee applies once per customer and to the initial subscription period.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and it does not renew after that. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spamroot and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the actions, timelines, or decisions of third-party databases, which are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
